Client Services Director

Jon has spent more than a decade managing and leading multidisciplinary teams in the planning and execution of global web sites, mobile applications, motion graphics, and interactive experiences across a variety of industries. As Director of Client Services in the New York office, he is responsible for partnering with his clients to ensure their strategic vision is successfully delivered. He provides strong program leadership and continuity throughout the process. Jon brings to his engagements a passion and in-depth understanding of technology, process, and design.

Prior to joining Method, he co-lead the delivery team at Tribal DDB. There he was involved in all aspects of business with a focus on managing integrated production and operational processes, while managing a team of Project Managers and Producers. Before that he focused his efforts on managing large-scale digital technology engagements at AKQA. Some of his prior Clients include the Baltimore Ravens, Elizabeth Arden, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Jose Cuervo, Kraft Foods, Motorola, Pfizer, and Coca Cola.

Jon has an MBA in Information Systems from Baruch College. He enjoys traveling to various countries, spending time with his sons, and has a passion for glassblowing.
