As Executive Creative Director, Roberto leads the San Francisco studio in partnership with the Managing Director. He brings to Method over 15 years experience in shaping innovative products and services across a broad range of industries and markets, including the US, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Russia.
He focuses on supporting organizations in the transformation of their business through design. Roberto has been a design partner to leaders in Fortune 500 organizations, as well as early stage start-ups turned successful ventures. His contribution has enabled companies to build strong brands, develop meaningful products and services, and deliver value to market.
Prior to Method, Roberto led multi-disciplinary teams at the global design and strategy firm frog, where his work was instrumental in shaping the venture design practice. Before frog he was responsible for advancing traditional strategy consulting with user experience design at Value Partners Group, an international management and IT consulting firm (now NTT Data).
An avid traveller and originally from Italy, Roberto settled down in San Francisco with his wife and daughter. Roberto received his Masters in Philosophy from the University of Padova, which greatly informs his philosophical approach to design. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his two children, cooking and surfing.
