Brennan Wozencroft leads Method’s Client Services team in San Francisco where he is responsible for the definition, execution, and quality of the craft of Client Services. As part of the Client Services practice, Brennan works closely with the design teams to apply a design thinking approach to deliver strategic engagement of a high standard to Method’s global clients. Brennan works as a business stakeholder, able to act as a stand-in for clients, to ensure that Method is focused on delivering the appropriate solution and the final product exceeds expectations.
Brennan aims to foster a positive, focused environment that promotes creative thinking, individual development and high performance standards. He will partner with clients to create long-standing relationships with them, believing that timely and clear communication is the basis for success in any project.
Since joining Method in 2010, he has managed strategic engagements for award winning international clients such as Google, Skype, Lush, Samsung, Vodafone, BBC, Opera Software, Salesforce, Barclays, Televisa and Nike.
Brennan studied design in Vancouver, B.C. Canada where he learned the fundamental principles of successful user-centered design. This design foundation established early in his career has helped him to evolve into a successful team leader, product consultant, client partner and business strategist. Over the past 12 years he has helped clients bridge the gap between business and design by helping to increase the overall customer experience in order to create a more meaningful engagement.
Brennan has had the pleasure of working in the design industry in leading innovation cities such as; Vancouver, Boston, Seattle, London and San Francisco. Brennan enjoys cycling to new destinations and traveling the globe, taking every opportunity to experience and learn from new cultures and landscapes.
