Client Services Director


As Client Services Director in Method’s London studio, Kate partners with clients to understand their business challenges and goals, and collaboratively drives project teams to deliver signature experiences. She has led engagements with a wide range of clients, from startups to charities to FORTUNE 100 companies, to develop and deliver innovative brands, products, and services that people love. Some of her clients include Adobe, Basis, The Teaching Channel, Thomson Reuters, Dalton Maag, LEGO, Tesco, Sensi, and Barclays.

Prior to joining Method, Kate was a senior client services manager at Addis Creson, where she worked with companies to engage employees and consumers in experiences that benefit people and planet. Before Addis Creson, Kate was Global Business Development Manager for Saatchi & Saatchi S, the global advertising agency’s sustainability consultancy. There she grew adept at communicating the business value of sustainability initiatives with clients including Dell, Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, and McDonald’s.

Kate holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an MBA in Corporate Responsibility from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She is a former Guinness World Record Holder for the Largest Assembly of Smurfs, a record set by 292 people in May of 2005 at San Francisco’s annual Bay to Breakers footrace.
